Common issues

Google Sheets add-on not appearing

Go to Extensions → Add-ons → Get add-ons and search for "HS Codes Classifier". Make sure you're signed in to the Google account where you installed it.

#ERROR! in a cell

Check that the referenced cell contains text. Empty cells return errors. Batch limits: up to 100 cells per call.

API rate limits

Free tier: 50 classifications/day. Pro tier: 5,000/month. If you need higher limits, contact us.

Payment issues

Payments are handled by Suby (USDC crypto). For billing questions, email us with your transaction hash.
